When using your appliance, consider several factors that affect its performance as well as the results of your preparations.

The appliance's maximum continuous operating time is 60 minutes. For recipes that require more time, program the appliance again to finish the recipe. After each use, the appliance must cool down for 30 minutes.

Do not use two or more functions simultaneously.

Only operate the appliance with the accessory attached according to the table in the instruction manual and in the correct position.

Always keep the bowl on the appliance while it is in use. The amount of flour used must not exceed 600 g at a time.

The food processor bowl should be washed without the blades, using hot water or in the dishwasher.

The plastic components and accessories (lid, measuring cup, sealing rings, spatula, basket, and butterfly whisk) are dishwasher-safe, provided they are placed on the dishwasher’s upper rack. They can also be washed with water, soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or brush.

Before cleaning the equipment, make sure you unplug it and allow it to cool completely. Never place the machine body in water or under running water. Do not use abrasive detergents or alcohol to clean the main unit or the protective cover.

If your appliance is not working, make sure it is connected to the power supply and properly set to the desired function. Also ensure that all safety requirements in the Instruction Manual are followed. If these conditions are met and the problem persists, please contact an Authorized Flama Service Center.

Clean your robot’s body with a damp cloth or, if necessary, with a sponge and dishwashing detergent. Then dry the unit thoroughly.

The mixing bowl and its cover can be washed under running water and should be dried with a cloth. The dough hook, whisk, elliptical beater, mixing bowl, and its cover must not be washed in the dishwasher. Clean the accessories only with warm water and soap, and dry them carefully.

Do not put the plastic parts in the dishwasher, as they may become deformed.

If your appliance releases too much steam, try placing it as close as possible to the extractor hood. Also make sure that your kitchen has good air circulation. This will help dissipate the steam released by your appliance.

Yes. In some programmes, it is necessary to maintain the heat to keep the food in good condition, prevent a film from forming on the surface, or prevent the food from sticking to the bottom of the bowl.
