All FLAMA products sold in the European Union benefit from a three-year legal guarantee of conformity, starting from the delivery date. During this period, any lack of conformity will be resolved at no cost to you—through repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund of the amount paid.

We work with a nationwide network of authorized technical service providers, using original parts and technicians trained by FLAMA. Because being a close-to-home brand is also measured by what it does after the purchase.

What is the warranty period for products sold by Flama?

Flama is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years from the delivery of the item.

What are my rights in the event of non-conformity?

In the event of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled, under the legally established conditions, to have the goods brought into conformity through:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Termination of the contract

Can I choose between repairing or replacing the product?

Yes. In principle, the choice is up to the consumer. The exception applies if the chosen method is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on Flama.

Does the repair or replacement come at any cost?

No. If the product is covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement will be carried out free of charge, within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, in accordance with applicable law.

Does the repaired product have an additional warranty?

Where applicable, the repaired item benefits from the additional warranty period provided by law.

Does the statutory warranty affect other commercial warranties?

No. The statutory warranty does not affect or replace any additional commercial warranties expressly provided.

Who pays the transport and collection costs in the event of a warranty claim?

The costs of collection, transport, repair, replacement, removal, or reinstallation are borne by Flama, provided that the situation is covered by the legal warranty and under the applicable terms.

What happens if the product is out of warranty?

Whenever the product is outside the statutory warranty period, or if the fault is not attributable to Flama, service may be subject to:

  • A quotation
  • The customer’s prior approval
  • Payment by the customer

Are there any recommendations before requesting assistance?

Yes. Flama may recommend consulting the instruction manual, carrying out basic usage checks, or contacting authorized repair centers, whenever appropriate.

Can I use non-genuine parts in my product?

Flama recommends original parts and accessories. Using non-original parts, incompatible components, or improper installation may compromise performance, safety, or warranty coverage (if there is a connection between the intervention and the defect).

Who should install or replace parts?

Flama recommends that installation or replacement be carried out by qualified technicians whenever the nature of the work warrants it.

Does Flama guarantee the availability of repair parts?

Yes. Flama or the manufacturer ensure that the parts required for repairs are available for the legally required period.
