Separation and disposal of packaging
In compliance with legislation effective from January 1, 2025, we are informing our consumers about the proper disposal of our non-reusable packaging, promoting its separation and correct disposal in recycling bins.
Below, we indicate the types of packaging we use and their respective disposal destinations.
Types of packaging and the corresponding recycling bin:

1. How should I separate the packaging of the product I purchased?
Packaging must be separated according to its material. For example, cardboard packaging goes in the blue recycling bin, plastic in the yellow recycling bin, and glass in the green recycling bin. This separation contributes to the effective recycling of waste.
2. Where do I place the cardboard secondary packaging?
Secondary cardboard packaging, such as outer boxes, should be placed in the blue recycling bin, intended for paper and cardboard.
3. Which recycling bin do plastic packages go in?
Plastic packaging, such as protective films or bags, should be placed in the yellow recycling bin, together with other plastic and metal waste.

5. Why is it important to sort packaging correctly?
Properly sorting packaging enables efficient recycling, reduces environmental impact, and ensures compliance with the legal obligations in force since January 1, 2025.
6. Is this information required by law?
Yes. As of January 1, 2025, it is mandatory to provide consumers with information about the destination of non-reusable packaging, pursuant to Article 28(1) of Unilex.
7. What is non-reusable packaging?
It is packaging that was not designed for multiple uses. After the initial use, it should be properly disposed of and sent for recycling through the appropriate recycling bin.
