Consumers have the right to return purchases made from the Flama online store within a 30-day period, starting from the day they receive the order. Flama reserves the right to accept only returns that meet the following conditions:
1. The product is returned in its original packaging;
2. The product is returned with all the necessary documentation;
3. The product is returned unused and undamaged;
4. Return costs are free for a period of 30 days, starting from the day the order is received;
All returned products are inspected upon receipt, so only returns that meet the conditions described above will be accepted.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the IBAN provided when the return request was submitted.
All return requests for products purchased from our online store must be submitted through your Customer Area.
