5L Stand Mixer 1500W Black 1464FL

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning the motor unit. Clean the motor unit with a slightly damp sponge. Never immerse the motor unit in water and never pour water onto the motor unit.

Heavier ingredients, such as bread dough, will cause your appliance to move from side to side, and certain kitchen surfaces will allow it to shift slightly on the countertop as a result. If you are not kneading or mixing heavy ingredients and still notice abnormal movement, you should contact an authorized Flama service center.

After switching off the appliance, the beaters must be removed from the motor unit. The metal beaters and bowl can be washed with water and dish soap or, alternatively, in the dishwasher.

Some movement of the mixer head is normal, particularly when mixing heavy loads such as bread dough. No action is necessary, but you should avoid leaving the appliance running unattended.

Your appliance is equipped with an electronic speed sensor designed to maintain the speed under different load conditions, such as when kneading bread or adding eggs to cake batter. Therefore, there may be some variation in speed during operation as the mixer adjusts to the load and the selected speed.
