FAQ'S

The stove doesn't work. What’s the problem?

If your stove is not working, there may be several possible causes.

The fuse may be malfunctioning or blown. Check the electrical panel and replace any blown fuses. Check the electrical panel and confirm whether the automatic fuse or circuit breakers have tripped. If the problem persists, contact technical support to resolve the fuse-blowing issue.

The appliance is not plugged in. Make sure the appliance is connected to the power supply.

How should I clean my stove?

Do not use abrasive cloths or pointed metal scouring pads to clean the oven door glass, as they may scratch the surface and cause the glass to break. To clean the fan guard panel (optional), switch off the cooker before removing the guard and, after cleaning, replace it in the correct position on the cooker.

What should I do before using the stove for the first time?

Before using the stove, please remove all flammable tape, polystyrene, and any other packaging materials. Also remove the Instruction Manual and other flammable materials from inside the stove. Make sure that all connections have been made safely and that the space has adequate ventilation.

What is the minimum required distance between the stove and the range hood?

For a gas cooktop with a power rating of 7500 W, the minimum distance is 65 cm. For electric cooktops, the distance should be approximately 65 cm. Always consult the instructions for your cooktop and extractor hood.

The gas is not reaching the burners. Why?

If gas is not reaching the burners, the burner injectors may be clogged. Cleaning the injectors should resolve the problem.

The gas hose is bent and is preventing the gas from flowing properly. Connect the gas hose correctly and make sure there are no obstructions.

Can FLAMA cookers use butane and natural gas?

Yes. Flama cookers are designed for butane/propane gas or natural gas, but they always include a conversion kit that allows you to switch to the other type of gas.

The burners have an irregular flame and/or no flame.

If the burners have an irregular flame and/or no flame, there may be several possible causes.

Burner injectors clogged. Clean the injectors properly.

Burners wet. Dry all burner parts.

The burner caps are not positioned correctly. Make sure the caps and burners are positioned correctly.

Main gas valve turned off. Turn on the main gas valve.

Gas cylinder empty (LPG). Replace the cylinder. This will solve the problem.
