Set the function selector to the “oven” position, set the thermostat to the maximum temperature, and set the timer for 15 to 20 minutes. The mini oven will start operating. Some smoke may be released, which is normal. The smoke should disappear with use.

If parts of the mini oven begin to catch fire, do not try to put out the fire with water. Smother the flames with a damp cloth, covering the entire appliance. Unplug the mini oven from the power supply and do not open the door.

Before performing maintenance and cleaning the mini oven, unplug the appliance and let it cool down. To clean the exterior of the mini oven, simply wipe it with a damp sponge or cloth.

Clean the door, enamelled and lacquered surfaces, and translucent parts with a damp sponge and a little liquid dishwashing detergent.

Do not use harsh cleaning products (especially sodium-based paint strippers) or abrasive scouring pads.

If the interior light of the mini oven does not work during use, the bulb may have burned out. Contact an Authorized Flama Service Center to have it replaced.

To clean food that has stuck to the mini electric oven, use a soft, non-abrasive metal scourer. Do not apply too much force when using the heating elements.

All accessories can be washed with water and a little dishwashing detergent or in the dishwasher.

To roast meat and chicken, use dishes with high sides to reduce grease splatters on the mini oven walls. For baking, use non-stick pans to make it easier to remove cakes from the molds.

To grill and brown your dishes, preheat the mini electric oven and place the dish as close to the grill as possible. Then simply set the function selector to the grill position and adjust the required cooking time using the timer.
