1 Soak the clams in a bowl of water with a little flour and let them rest until they release all the sand. Wash and set aside.

2 Place the chopped onion and olive oil in the cooking tray. Put on the lid, set the SAUTÉ function, the temperature to 120°C, and the time to 5 minutes.

3 Add the cubed pork, salt, pepper, a little paprika, and the white wine to the cooking tray. Put on the lid, set the STEW function, the temperature to 90°C, and the time to 30 minutes.

4 Add the clams. Put on the lid and cook for another 5 minutes using the same function.

5 Serve with French fries.
